Our Refund Policy
Our refund policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, Jewelry must be returned unworn and in its original condition to receive a full refund. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please mail your product to 111 ASBURY STREET, SOUTH HAMILTON, MA 01982. You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We will send you an email with tracking info. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sweetcharms@sweetcharmelegance.com and send your item to 111 ASBURY STREET, SOUTH HAMILTON, MA 01982

Our products are shipped within 5-10 Business Days using the following carriers: USPS and FedEx, when applicable.
International Orders may take up to 14-20 Business days to ship.
